These work well.I take two every night because a couple of my meditations cause constipation.These do not cramp my stomach.I have been taking these for years.

A couple of these twice per day do the job nicely and are not as invasive as laxatives. I did some research and found that stool softeners are safe to use on a long-term basis.

A must if you take prescription medication‘s that cause constipation. At least they don't have a laxative so they're not addictive. I take four per day.
