I've always used Kwikset and probably always will because of the reliability. I changed all seven of my entry doors to the smart key series... absolutely great!

When rekeying failed, I called support and got on with a technician lickedy split and after a couple diddlely diagnoses, the tech sent me out a new core with extraction tool.
