Only had one problem with the locks in years.Kwikset is taking care of that for me.For the money, these locks are the best.

We bought this lock last year, and after rekeying it with the smart key it didn't want to open sometimes. Kwikset sent me the instructions and the tool and parts to rebuild the lock. The process took around 20 minutes, and the lock works great now.

Kwikset came through for us because of dropping during install. The drop turned the inside of knob where holes did not line up anymore. The replacement works well with our existing keys. Bought this for our laundry room to keep young children from playing in appliances and with soap

I bought the Juno entry (740J 5 SMT) and I have them on four (4) doors in my home. I have a large hand and the Juno fits my hand comfortably. We like the antique brass finish and all are in "like new" condition. Re-keying is easy but read the directions well or you may find yourself locked out. I...
