We bought this lock last year, and after rekeying it with the smart key it didn't want to open sometimes. Kwikset sent me the instructions and the tool and parts to rebuild the lock. The process took around 20 minutes, and the lock works great now.

I bought the Juno entry (740J 5 SMT) and I have them on four (4) doors in my home. I have a large hand and the Juno fits my hand comfortably. Have 4 that I installed 4 years ago. Installed easily in the existing openings. Outside portion still looks like new. Can not say enough about the SmartKey system. Really like being able to re-key easily whenever necessary. Will never buy another keyed lockset that isn't a SmartKey.
