Seems like I've been buying it forever. It really works for the full 12 hours, and I have chronic trouble with congestion. I buy the original squeeze bottle, and it can be always loaded into a spare pump type. GV's brand is cheaper and as good or better than the other brands.

It helped decently, but definitely wasn't a cure for the problem. I was stuffy thanks to a cold and used them as drops in the stuffy side. I didn't see much of a change. Using the spray in the side that was stuffy but I could still breathe out of, that did help to make the passage totally clear. ...
