Love this skillet! Heated it up till screaming hot and dropped a rib-eye in it! Took the steak out the pan before I flipped it over to let it get screaming hot to really seer the second side as good as the first side. Awesome results! Love it, especially at $34 USD

I have always liked cooking with cast iron but it is really not good for glass top stoves. Carbon steel solves the problem. Although I am still careful not to slide it on the cook top it is much safer for my ceramic cook top and it cooks as well as cast iron. Love it!
