I cook a lot and really wanted a cast iron pan. However, way too heavy. I found this on line and have used it many times from stove top to oven. In fact my three adult children liked it so much, I ordered 3 more. For cooking eggs, I only used my All Clad.

Great for searing meat or pan frying. Nice flat bottom to the pan. The pan needs the same basic care as cast iron.

great pan, heavy duty holdt the heat and wonderful for cooking meat. I have an induction stove and it really perfect. Sometime stick it in the over 400 and heat up take out and cook your eggs while the pan is cooking off ( remember to put a lit on top). lots of ways to use this pan.
