Great intro into carbon steel! I seasoned it once in the oven before use. I use Misto oil sprayer before I cook my daily over easy egg and piece of bacon. I use it daily! Don't scrub after use, just rinse and wipe. BYE BYE PFA'S

Perfect size for camping and campfire cooking. heats nice and even. Reseasoned skillet as I do all new ones. so cant comment on sticking.

The skillet is just slightly too small for the perfect omelette. If just a 1/2 to 3/4" wider in the bottom, would be perfect size. I have a non stick pan that is that size and folding the omelette works better in that one. Since I want to avoid non stick coatings, I will stick with the Lodge pan....
